The U.S Olympic diving team for the Paris 2024 Games features 10 total athletes: four men and six women. Six divers are prior Olympians and four will be making their Olympic debuts this summer.
The team features three silver medalists from the Tokyo Olympics: Delaney Schnell, Jessica Parratto and Andrew Capobianco.
Three divers will compete in multiple events. Schnell (10m platform) and Sarah Bacon (3m springboard) will represent Team USA in both individual and synchronized competition in their respective disciplines. Meanwhile, Carson Tyler is set to become the first American diver in 24 years to compete on both the platform and springboard at the same Olympics.
The team's average age is just over 24, with the youngest members being 20-year-olds Tyler, Daryn Wright and Tyler Downs and the most senior member being the 30-year-old Parratto.

Sarah Bacon

Method of qualification: 1st in 3m springboard, 1st in synchro 3m springboard with partner Kassidy Cook at Trials.
Facts: Two-time world championships silver medalist in 1m springboard (a non-Olympic event). Has overcome numerous injuries that have threatened to derail her career, including stress fractures in her back, shoulder injuries and concussions. One half of "Team Cook 'n' Bacon" with Kassidy Cook.
Andrew Capobianco

Olympic experience: 2020 (silver in synchro 3m springboard with partner Michael Hixon, 10th in 3m springboard)
Method of qualification: 1st in men's 3m springboard at Trials.
Facts: 2019 World Championships bronze medalist in the mixed team team event. Formerly trained as a gymnast; won a Junior Olympics national title in floor exercise in 2013.
Kassidy Cook

Facts: Finished 4th in the women's 3m springboard at the 2023 World Championships. One of six siblings, all with first names that begin with 'K'. Other half of "Team Cook 'n' Bacon" with Sarah Bacon.
Tyler Downs
