Novak Djokovic has been confirmed to compete at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, the Serbian Olympic Committee confirmed.
The No. 3 ranked player in the world is set to make his fifth Olympic appearance in Paris. He debuted at the Olympics at Beijing in 2008, where he won bronze in singles, his best result at the Games to date.
In May, the Serbian withdrew from the French Open before the quarterfinals after suffering a right knee injury. He had knee surgery shortly after.
Djokovic is joined on the men's Serbian singles team by compatriot Dusan Lajovic.
The 2024 Olympic tennis tournament begins on July 27.
