Game recognizes game.

That's why Hollywood megastars Scarlett Johansson, Mark Ruffalo and Chris Evans recognize the greatness of Ezra Frech.

At just 19 years old, Frech already has emerged as one of Team USA's defining Paralympians of this generation. In Paris, he collected two gold medals (100m and high jump). Frech and his father, Clayton, also co-founded Angel City Sports, which provides free access to training, equipment and competitive opportunities for kids and adults with physical disabilities.

Frech, who was born without most of his left leg and received his first prosthetic leg at 11 months, is also the first above-the-knee amputee to compete on an NCAA Division I track and field team at the University of Southern California.

In a video message courtesy of the nonprofit Gold Meets Golden and its partner, Samsung, the stars of Hollywood paid homage to Frech.

"You are the true superhero," Johansson said. "So I wanted to say congratulations. Go Team USA!"

Frech responded with the expected shock and humility of a teenager taking it all in. "That's crazy. I can't believe they even know who I am."

Gold Meets Golden and Samsung also gifted Frech and Angel City Sports a 98-inch Samsung TV.

"I hear you're walking out with some hardware," Evans said. Frech's philanthropy, athletic superstardom and vibrant personality have earned him millions of fans.

Now, he even has Captain America on his side.
