U.S. Equestrian announced the athlete-and-horse combinations selected to represent the U.S. Olympic jumping team at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Kent Farrington, 2016 Rio Olympic silver medalist (riding Greya), will return to the Games after competing in the individual jumping competition at the Tokyo Olympics.

Laura Kraut (riding Baloutinue) and McLain Ward (riding Ilex), both members of the silver medal-winning U.S. jumping team in Tokyo, are also set to return to the Games. Paris marks Ward's sixth Olympic appearance, where he has claimed four medals, including two golds in 2004 and 2008. Kraut, who was also part of the gold medal-winning team in 2008, will join Ward in pursuit of further Olympic success.

Karl Cook (riding Caracole De La Roque) was named as the alternate.

Kraut and Ward's Tokyo silver medal-winning teammate Jessica Springsteen, the daughter of musician Bruce Springsteen, was named to the 10-person short list but was not selected for the final team.
