Following three days of competition at the USA Gymnastics Championships in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the two trampolinists who will represent the United States at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games were announced.

On the men's side, Tokyo Olympian Aliaksei Shostak punched a ticket to his second Games after winning the individual trampoline competition at the USA Gymnastics Championships. It was a dramatic finish, with Shostak scoring a season-high 58.860 on his final routine to jump from third to first in the rankings. Shostak finished 13th in qualifications in Tokyo.

Shostak will be joined by Jessica Stevens, who will make her Olympic debut in Paris. Stevens secured the U.S. quota spot at the 2023 Trampoline Gymnastics World Championships, where she became the first American to win an individual trampoline medal since 1974. In Minneapolis, Stevens claimed her Olympic spot by having the highest combined score by an American in two of three Olympic qualifiers this season.

The United States has never won an Olympic medal in trampoline, but Stevens and Shostak will hope to change that. Both the Olympic qualification and final round will take place August 2.

Two-time Olympian Nicole Ahsinger and four-time world championship gold medalist Ruben Padilla will travel to Paris as replacement athletes.
