The United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee boasts nearly 600 athletes in Paris, with a female-forward roster featuring birth years ranging from the 1960s to 2008.
More than half of the U.S. roster is female, fitting in nicely with the 2024 Paris Olympics' milestone as the first Games to "achieve full gender parity."
The stats are striking, and it's no surprise that a such a huge crew boasts some impressive numbers.
Many of the athletes -- around three-quarters of the roster -- have competed or currently participate in American college athletics, and some of the other eye-catching numbers are below.

On July 10, the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee (USOPC) announced a team of 592 athletes that will compete in Paris. That figure will almost certainly hit 600 by the time the competition is complete.
