The latest episode of "The Podium," an NBC Olympic and Paralympic podcast, features a conversation with Ryan Medrano, who has collected two Paralympic medals in Paris. Medrano raced to silver in both the men's 100m and 400m T38 finals, and he arrived in Paris with some experience on the world stage after appearing on the hit show "Survivor."

In this episode, Medrano opens up about living with cerebral palsy and the challenges of competing with an invisible disability. He also takes listeners through his personal journey in track and field, which now includes two Paralympic medals in his debut Games.

"We have to push further than just a normal person because, yeah, we got a disability, but that doesn't that doesn't stop us," Medrano said on The Podium. "Everybody with a disability knows it, because we don't try to walk around with a chip on our shoulder because we're disabled.

"Use your disability as your superpower."
